Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations, including Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and much of Europe and Asia. You'll see whether we can deliver to your address at checkout.

Processing and production time

Ready-made kits: orders ship within 3–10 business days.

Custom diamond paintings: because each one is made to order, allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and holidays can affect delivery.

Shipping costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.99 CAD, and shipping is free on orders over $75 CAD. The final cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by us.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged for reshipping.

Split shipments

Items in one order may ship separately or arrive on different days.
