Thank you for shopping with Vinyl Flame Co. We want you to enjoy your diamond painting. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Ready-made diamond painting kits

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Kits must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. We process refunds within 3 business days, and your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.

We cover the cost of return shipping.

Custom diamond paintings (made from your photo)

Custom paintings are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned or refunded unless there is a problem with your order.

Please check your uploaded photo, size and drill shape before you order.

If your custom kit arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a print or production error, contact us and we will refund your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered:

Email vinylflameco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we've reviewed it, we'll refund your order at no extra cost to you.

Missing or lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or the package appears lost, contact us at vinylflameco@gmail.com and we will look into it with our fulfillment partner.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed until production or shipping begins. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

How to start a return or refund

Email vinylflameco@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1–48 hours and will send you the return details. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the return.

Non-refundable

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
